Had a unit for 2 years with no problems. Easy to work with management. Our unit was fixed for a leak right before we moved our stuff into it and never had a leak or any other problems.

I had a great experience going in today and signing up for a storage unit. I have two kids two and under, and Sean opened the door for me as I came in. He had toys and picture books set up for my kids to use, and he made me feel comfortable about their antics. He offered to pick up after them, and he got the door as I exited. I'm used to going in to businesses carrying two babies and struggling, and it was nice to be treated so kindly. He has excellent customer service skills.
