The afternoon shift worker is a sweet well manner guy. He always respect my husband and I. He always offers a receipt and gives up an extra bag. Very pleased.
Staff very helpful and very convenient when purchasing gas near the Walmart just before you get there so you don't have to try to stop on the way home. Very reasonable prices.
I hate stores that make you have to go inside to retrieve your gasoline receipt. Takes the convenience out of a convenience store.

Now I was raised in the south were we have manners, especially growing up in the mountains we look out for one another and treat each-other with respect. The middle-aged manager in the glasses is highly unprofessional and I would go as far to say as rude to his customers, many of my friends have had issues with this man and he didn’t even offer to bag my 15 drinks that I bought or all the waters, he was also short tempered and stubborn and seemed to lack a professional customer service attitude. Overstepped personal boundaries related to my cigarette purchases. If I was the sylva branch owner I’d tell this employee he needs to work on polite customer service. Beer selection is terrible. Don’t shop here and support this impolite customer service, I wouldn’t take my kids here.
