Jenni and Kendra were awesome to work with on getting me into a new truck for the price I was looking for. I was in and out very quickly and love my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I had a couple dents in the bumper and paint spots that I wanted fixed and Jenni got it taken care of immediately. Thank you again!

Terrible service! the sales manager didn’t help and was a jerk to the salesman (who was great by the way). Wouldn’t negotiate prices, refused to leave her office to see customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bought a 2017 Dodge truck about 4 months ago now. I’ve had to replace front left wheel bearings, fuel pump, had a flat and to no avail there wasn’t a jack or spare tire in or under the truck. The problems just keep adding up. Tried to make a call to get reimbursed for the parts of the repairs but was told they would have to tow in and do the repairs in their shop. I own a business and I can’t go a day or weeks without my truck. I just wanted the parts money back. I’ll eat the labor and someone willing to get my truck up and going in the same day. A day without my truck would cost me $2000 min. Auto Star will not work with you. So I’d never recommend them or will I ever buy another vehicle from them. I shouldn’t have problems like this from a vehicle that is only 3 years old. Guess they didn’t do their 5 point inspection.

We purchased a car here in December. Kendra and Jenni were a pleasure to do business with. After getting the car home, we heard a strange noise in the front end. The dealership inspected the car, diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. We highly recommend Autostar in Sylva!
