After swearing to my husband I’d only buy new, these guys changed my mind! They allowed us to lift the vehicle right then and there and allowed us a detailed look inside and out with much patience! They were detailed about the description and honest on the description, And allowed us to test drive a second time to ensure our decision.nGreat deals and honest people to buy from. I’m recommending this place to anyone who I know buying a used vehicle. I will do business with them again.

Everyone I know including myself feels anxious when buying a vehicle. But this experience was wonderful. They offered me more for my trade-in truck then KBB suggested and discounted the used 2016 F-250 I was buying very reasonably. After we came to terms on the price and the deal was concluded both the business owner and I discovered some issues that the previous vehicle owner had caused. Alan who owns the business went out of his way to take care of these items that needed replaced and repaired even though we had shaken hands on a price. He also paid for things I was planning to do myself and then offered his discount at various suppliers for a few maintenance and after market items I wanted. He spent hundreds of dollars after our deal was concluded. He easily could have said that I owned those problems now. The truck is great and dealing with E Main St Auto was an excellent experience. Don't hesitate to buy from E Main St Auto Sales in Sylva NC.
