It's a Walmart so expect a lot of customers whenever you shop, not an issue for me because I don't mind the wait if they have everything I need which they do. Workers are always courteous when I see them or talk to them. Overall a great store.
Love the order online and they bring it to the truck. Very fast delivery and cuts down on unwanted items that are impulse purchases. I order online and call them once I'm there and they bring to my truck and I'm on my way home in mere minutes
Love walmart pick up. Who doesn't. And the employees are very polite.

Normally i come and we are in and out in 10 minutes or so. My pick up time was 11am. First my order was not in the system. Then at 11am I get a text saying one of my orders is delayed. It is presently 1203 and we are still sitting here with no groceries. Its ok for them to be busy HOWEVER if you as a management team see your people drowning then u need to actually get staff in to not have your customers sitting here for over an hour. Now the app keeps asking us to check in AND WE ALREADY DID THAT.
