I forgot the name of the employee. It's a lady with glasses, I believe she is the manager. I know she's usually the cashier. Her customer service is fantastic every time i visit this establishment. I will continue to return because of her customer service and how good the pizza is.
I didn't think I ordered food from here that often, but apparently it has been enough that a few of the employees know me when I walk in and they've remembered my name. Every employee I have ever dealt with has been polite, welcoming, and friendly. If there is ever a mix-up with anything they do their best to correct it. This is, honestly, the best place for customer service (and quality of food) I have ever been to.
If you do order carry out, do not do curbside pick up. They won't bring your food out to you at all, even if you follow the curbside instructions they have listed on the window. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes before finally walking in to get my order. The staff were not apologetic for the mishap.
Great food and even better customer service
This location always gets the pizza perfect, could do better on the wings! Fast delivery and good online deals. The Rewards program is a must for families!
