Nathaniel Groves Used Cars

They ask for money up front for parts saying they need to order parts elsewhere. I tried several times to work with them to no vale...now I'm out $170 and no parts...this run around has been going on for almost a year. They will say stuff like they on there way now to get parts, someone is sick, and make promises when they will have the parts in...don't believe them!!!

ONE OF THE WORST SHOPS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. THEY TOOK MY CAR KEEPT IT FOR 3 WEEKS KEEP TELLING ME THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. I THEN BECAME FURIOUS WITH THE SITUATION *ATHAN GROVES* TELLS ME OH THEY WERE GOING TO GET MY CAR IN THE SHOP NEXT BUT IT GOT LATE SO THEY WENT HOME.... WHAT TYPE OF MESS IS THAT ....I HAD TO POP UP TO SEE FOR MYSELF WHAT WAS GOING ON BECAUSE I WAS PROMISSED PICTURES OF THEM WORKING ON MY CAR WITCH I DIDNT GET AS WELL AS CALL BACKS I DIDNT GET MY CAR WAS IN THE SAME SPOT AS IT WAS FROM DAY ONE... I WAS LIVID..... AT THIS POINT I WAS DONE WITH THIS SHOP.... WHEN CALLING TO GET MY KEYS FROM *NATHANIEL GROVE * AND WIFE *ATHAN GROVES* THEY DID NOT WANT TO TURN THEM OVER I HAD TO THEN GET THE POLICE INVOLVED WHOM STATED THEY GET AT LET 12 CALLS A MONTH TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS MESSING OVER PEOPLE, CARS COME UP MISSING AS WELL AS MONEY THAT WAS PAID FOR SERVICE THAT NEVER GOT DONE DO NOT GET TURNT BACK OVER UNLESS COURT IS INVOLVED.... WITCH IS ONE OF THE REASON HE COULD NOT WORK ON MY CAR BECAUSE HE HAD TO SPEND A DAY IN COURT ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME.... THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY PEOPLE NOR ARE THEY PROFESSIONAL THE HUSBAND *NATHANIEL HAS TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES IF HIS WIFE *ATHAN* CALLS ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL MONEY DON'T SPEAK WITH HER, JUST DON'T SPEAK WITH HER AT ALL ONLY DIRECTLY TO HIM SHE LIES TO PEOPLE AND GET THERE MONEY SAYING IT'S FOR PARTS WHEN IT'S FOR HER OWN BAD HABITS, WITCH ALL WAS TOLD TO ME BY HER HUSBAND *NATHANIEL*.... WHAT A MESS.... DON'T EVER USE *NATHANIEL* WHO ALSO GOES BY THE NAME *SHORTY* HE IS A SCAM ARTIST.

This is the worst place in NC the take your car to or any kind of business they will lie and lie and lie some more about what they are getting done to your car but really not doing anything at all the girl that help out do drugs on the daily and this is what i was told by her boyfriend so this is not something i will making up they had my car for a mouth and i was told it was done to be done in a week and that not all the lies I've been told and the crazy thing is when i went to go pick my car up after i got tired of hearing all the lies the police was out there and they was telling me this is a on going problem with these people they even got a report saying there was car coming up missing I would not send my worst enemy to this place so if your reading this DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
