Up until yesterday, I have had a great experience with the Pharmacy after recently switching from Walgreens, where I went for 7+ years. I called in asking about refilling a prescription and I spoke to the rudest man I have ever had to deal with while calling pharmacies. Whichever man was working around 1:30pm on 2/11 should never be allowed to handle customers. It's unfortunate that I have only been with Ingles Pharmacy for under 2 months and already having problems. Like I said in the beginning, everyone else I have had to speak to has been wonderful. Get rid of that man!! He does not represent the Ingles company/brand well AT ALL.
