Really poor marketing. The website and store location are not properly synched, with the hours and inventory. The website says that they close at 7pm, and the employees said they closed at 6, and omlimr said that they offered all items for in store pickup, and we were told otherwise when we arrived at the store location. Please update the site for the convenience of the employees and the customers. The staff was accommodating to let us enter and answer our questions, but they all seemed hurried, unwilling to help, and honestly quite confused on how to provide good service. This gave a poor stance of customer service, to not only us but other customers as well, when entering the store after their closing hours. Very disappointed.
