Ordered soft taco party pack, 2 hard tacos with meat and cheese only.nnReceived hard taco party pack and 2 hard tacos with meat, cheese and lettuce.nnThey never get my order right.
My order was wrong and I believe it's because they didn't hear me clearly over the speaker in the drive-thru. Beans and beef must have sounded the same. Next time, we're placing our order online and picking it up. The chicken dishes were really good.
Kids running the place. Messed up my order again! I keep saying I'm not coming back but it's so convenient, I can't resist
My family and I just left this location and I can't imagine how exhausted the staff must be. Holiday weekend lunch rush, skeleton crew, and they were pushing food out as fast as possible. There were so many people getting mad about the wait for their precious tacos. We are still in the midst of a pandemic with regulations on number of workers in a building so I'm just grateful we could even go inside. Also, I have to assume people complaining have never worked in the service industy to understand that holiday+lunch rush+Saturday+staffing=a nightmare. Regardless, all of the employees were kind and professional in the face of angry customers. We appreciated their work, even for some simple tacos and burritos.
