I’m new to Costco pharmacy, and have had some really nice pharmacists at this location, but I can tell you for a fact that Shawn is the rudest one there. Don’t know how someone who works with the public and in customer service can be so obnoxiously ill-mannered... after multiple interactions I’ve come to the conclusion Shawn is unhappy being a pharm tech and severely dislikes associating with customers. Hope he learns how to be a better worker.

I have had nothing but great customer service maybe it’s you that’s is the problem and not the cashiers! I have my prescriptions texts to me when they are ready! And if I have to be gone sonnet I call and let them know and ask them and let them know I need them done earlier!

Shawn at the pharmacy is always rude, short and never polite. Twice now I've been there and dealt with him. Each time now he's signed who knows what on the signature pad without telling me what it is. Don't try to question it or anything else about the price, he takes it personal and gets very defensive.

The refill, on occasion, might be a bit slow but EVERYTHING else about this pharmacy is outstanding. The pharmacist(s), technicians, clerks all work hard to provide exemplary services to their customers. I've ALWAYS found them to work tirelessly for my best interests whether it be the Rx I'm bringing in, checking w/my drs., or just offering me best advice about their services. And, their prices are the best around as well. You'd do well to give kudos to the Costco Pharmacy b/c they are better than any other pharmacy I've ever used. I drive 35 min. just to use their services. Oh yeah--they're good!

Great prices, but I agree with other reviewers, they are very slow. Every time I go in, it also takes a very long time to be acknowledged.nNevertheless, i would probably keep going back because of the great prices and store items. I just have to plan ahead for the wait.
