Most horrible person in pharmacy !!!! II do not have a choice but to go here right now I called because my Optum RX didn't have my medicine I need . A woman answered the phone, already hateful ,when I ask her how she was doing today ,fine she said, she said she had the medicine I need but to transfer it she has been on the phone for over an hour with them before, that is not my fault ,, but she sure treated me like it was the end of her world, I wish I had gotten her name , but I didn't, but she answered the phone today right before 12 pm 08/13 /2020 Canton NC I wouldn't give them one star if I didn't have to a half would have been better .

Four months in a row I've had medications delayed on the day of refill. After the first two months I tried to go in ahead of time to make sure everything would be ready on the refill day and was met with condescension from several employees. When trying to ask about what the problems are or what I can do to prevent this I have only been given poor information or no information at all. One lady that works there is a sweetheart though. Unfortunately, she wasn't there to help me on the days I had questions.
