I have always received excellent service from State Street Jewelers and highly recommend their store and expert jewelry services. I have known Jane for many years and endorse her expertise and more recently have been impressed by Sharon’s diligence to ensure consistent excellent customer service for both myself as well as my adult daughter. She has proven to be very knowledgeable and motivated to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The showroom is nicely newly renovated and light and airy. I recommend that you give them a try for all of your jewelry desires as well as your jewelry repair needs.

Excellent experience at State St Jewelers!! Staff was very friendly, helpful & let me know exactly when my jewelry was ready to be picked up. Prices were reasonable & I felt immediately at ease after speaking with them, when they assured me that replacing one of the diamonds that had fallen out of my ring was a simple fix. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to have your jewelry repaired or when you need a nice selection to choose from when searching for a lovely gift!

I personally worked with June at State Street. She helped me use a current necklace and create a new design for a ring. It was a seamless process. She was patient with me while I changed my timeline for the project and she communicated quickly and easily with me and the jeweler when I was ready to move forward. I couldn’t have had a better experience. My biggest highlight was coming to pick up my new piece - she made it such a special moment... I can’t quite explain how wonderful it was.nThank you, June! Wasn’t the first time I have gone here, won’t be the last. I am in the neighborhood, so location is perfect for me! Even though I am only looking for a watch battery replacement when I visit, I really like my watch & they treat me like an important customer. Always exceedingly nice. The custom jewelry they have displayed is beautiful. Would recommend them with no hesitation

I had to have some minor repairs to my wedding ring done and State Street Jewelers did a fantastic job. They got the repairs done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. Their customer service was excellent. They’ve gained a new customer and we will go there for all of our jewelry needs in the future.
