Customer service severely lacks at this location. I’ve started going to their “sister” companies to get my rings cleaned and inspected. I walked in and they lady sitting carried on her conversation with the other woman working. Someone walks out The back and addresses me and the sitting woman finally helps me but still never once addressed me. I was handed my rings and asked was I done and she said yes to her coworker but never once was I talked to.
