I took my watch to be resized, they did it quickly and charged a reasonable price. The gentleman who did the work did not wear a mask and complained about the governor. I would return for the service but not for the politics.

overpriced , friend paid way to much for his jewelry here. definitely shop around.ndon't pay for there overhead. Read all the reviews and go from there...

I will go here everytime I'm in need of watch repair. I have had this watch to a couple of other shops, for battery replacement. Turned out that the movement way actually the problem. While this wasn't what I expected, I now have a trusted jeweler. Thank you, for your professionalism.

I’m not sure where to begin describing the excellent service me and my fiancé have experienced at Cass Jewelers. They have extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff to guide you through every step of your purchase. They exceeded our expectations and walked me through every step of the ring buying process. They helped me to find the pickiest girl in the world the perfect ring for her and she absolutely loves it. One of the small diamonds around the band ended up falling out later on and we took it back to them to seek their advice on what to do and they sent it back to the jeweler and fixed it with absolutely no charge and even told us to bring it back at anytime if it happens again for the same fix! They do things in the exact timing that they promise and provide quality service and quality products with a smile. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and recommend Cass to everyone!
