Absolutely terrible experience with this place. I brought my engagement ring in on 12/26 to get resized and was told it would be back on 1/16. Now the store is saying it will be 1/20. They are using excuses like the pandemic and Christmas but that is complete BS. They had 20 days to resize a ring and couldn't do it in time? This store and company will waste your time. Don't bother shopping here. Shop at your local jeweler who can get things done in a timely manner.
