I was a big fan of forever21 for last two years. I always buy every month something from forever21. I bought a dress which was on sale online and when I got it I found it was small then my size. so wanted to return it. They didn’t take it back. I never experienced this type of thing in USA. I am gonna avoid from now.

Relatively good mall but leaning on the corridor partitions is strictly forbidden. If you suddenly lean on it you will be surprised by security. But they are not rude.

I enjoy coming in this store, but I hate that they don't have plus-size in this store. Most of their items are a bit overpriced for the quality, so I usually head for the sale racks. The employees are not the friendliest, but I make up for it with the great sales they have!
