I actually found this gem accidentally, while looking for CASS jewelers and being unable to find the store. I stopped by and Andrea was more than welcoming. Eric assisted me with a jewelry repair and went into detail about the process and which one would be best for my situation. The turn around time for the repair was fairly quick, the cost was cheaper than I thought it would be, and you don’t pay a thing until your repair is complete and meets your standards! I’d recommend the New Garden location in Greensboro to anyone looking for jewelry repair.

Recently purchased an engagement ring and pair of wedding bands. We had such a pleasurable experience working with Kathy Jones. She walked us through the process of designing our rings from start to finish and made herself available for any questions we had at any time. Our rings are clearly professional grade and were completed on schedule. We would highly recommend the services of Diadem Jewelers to any of our friends.
