Terry is a man of his craft. Terry and Karen were great! They educated me about the appraisal process and Terry appraised my jewelry quickly while I waited. It was a surprisingly pleasant and informative process- I would definitely recommend!
Terry and Karen are wonderful! After my mother passed, they helped us break apart one of her cocktail rings that no one wanted, helping us design and make beautiful necklaces for her great granddaughters and granddaughters to treasure forever with the stones from the ring. They answered all are questions and were incredibly helpful! I can't wait to give the necklaces to the kids for the holidays!
