I have shopped with Schiffman’s several times in the past and been pleased every time. The jeweler is personable and skilled. Everyone I have encountered there has been kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. This trip was no exception. Vicki helped me design the perfect locket for our daughter’s first birthday. Because I still have the locket given to me as an infant and my mother still had hers, this has become a family tradition and was very important to me. She helped me choose the locket, ordered it to come to the store with plenty of time to personalize it, communicated well with me about engraving options virtually, sent photos, and gave wonderful advice. I could not ask for a better experience. I am so grateful for this timeless heirloom she helped to create by bringing my ideas to life. Schiffman’s will continue to be an important part of our family’s milestones and traditions for years to come.

Great value and even better customer service! Robert helped my wife and I get the perfect ring designed after a disastrous experience at another local jewelry store. If you need something special go see Robert, he is very courteous and professional without ever being pushing, like other jewelry store salespeople are! He will listen and go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. Schiffman's is my go-to jewelry store from now on.

I was looking for a special present for my Mother for Christmas. Robert at Schiffman’s @Friendly Center was awesome. He showed me some lockers where he could place pictures of my grandchildren in for my mom. The locket was very sophisticated and beautiful design. Remind you I went in store on Monday before Christmas. We picked a locket and I emailed him my picture choice. He then stayed in touch with me they email on the progress. The locket was ready for pickup on Wednesday. I was very impressed with Robert’s customer service. Thank you for making a special gift in such short notice. My Mother was very pleased with her great grandchildren special gift.
