It was such an easy experience and straight forward. William was great and helped out a lot. It didn’t seem like he was just trying to sell me what he could either, he took the time for me to figure out what I liked. My new bed should be here on the 16th! Highly recommend.
Shopping at Mattress Firm was a pleasure! Will greeted us immediately and was very helpful by asking questions to understand what I was looking for in a mattress. He allowed us to sit and lay on several items to feel the differences in the plush, medium and hybrid mattresses. We felt safe as he was wearing a mask and gave a disposable covering to use as we tried each mattress. We were able to find the perfect king mattress and adjustable base at an unbelievable price. The entire experience was very professional and not stressful at all. I would recommend Mattress Firm due to excellent customer service, pricing and ask for Will!

The experience at Mattress Firm was awesome!! John, the Manager, and our Sales Associate, William Saunders were extremely knowledgeable concerning all products, answered all our questions, and were very polite and gracious!! We had been to two other places and their customer service could not compare with our experience at Mattress Firm!! We ended up purchasing not only a mattress, but also a mattress cover, sheets, and pillows!! Best service ever!!
Will was such a friendly and great guy. Not only did he make us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in, but he gave us in depth knowledge on all the different kinds of mattresses. Very effective and peaceful place to buy a mattress.
