Awful. Lots of dead end spaces in the building to take you right back to where you started.... LOST. Building design is a bust. Handicap parking and then having to access the building from Washington St. wasn't fun. Take your oxygen if you rely on it. However there was a silver lining from a visit last week. Charles M was most helpful in assisting me into the building and to security officer Shannon who directed me to the office I needed to get to. Customer service was great....activated new water service and was impressed with the level of service I received. Employee (Toi) was very knowledgeable.
Nothing special. Just a place to conduct business. The people are somewhat nice and helpful.
