I have had a great experience every time I have used the service department. Recently, I had several issues with my LS 460, because I drive it 50,000 miles per year. These guys in the service department took care of some brake issues and really did it with great expertise! I got a great deal and my car stays in excellent condition because these guys know how to take care of a customer's car! Even the greeters are excellent. It's hard to trust service centers these, but I promise you can trust the guys at Flow Lexus Service Department in Greensboro.

Great Service. I brought my 07 Lexus LS460 in for an oil change, came back that Sat and purchase a 2015 Lexus ES 300-Hybrid!! Love the car!! Love working with Ric in service! Great group of guys!

Flow Lexus of Greensboro really took care of me. I just traded my 2017 Lexus ES 300 Hybrid in for the 2020 Lexus ES350 FSport. I loveeee my new car. I received the best service for Corinna, Greg and Frank. They really give top notch service and assisted me with the whole process for my lease. I highly recommend this dealership, even though I am in the automotive industry myself. Again, thank you for your help and I am a lifelong Lexus client.

I am in the market for a new SUV. For the last three days I have been going around looking at my options. I have visited the Lincoln, Jeep, Nissan dealerships just to name a few. I was looking for a mid size veh with luxury. Upon stopping at your dealership, Moe came out to greet us. I felt like he was very degrading to me and my husband. I guess we did not fit his assumption of what a Lexus purchaser should look like. I am very interested in a RX350 and have the funds for a cash buy. After this experience I would not ever buy from Flow Lexus whether it be Greensboro or Winston. I will be making a trip to Charlotte to check out their inventory. Every other dealership we visited were exceptionally accommodating even though we were up front with them about shopping around for a few days. Very disappointed in my experience.

Very pleasant car buying experience, Sal had a Cadillac XT5 sent up from the Fayetteville lot to the Greensboro lot for us to see and drive. Roland is great and very personable, he made this a very good experience and the wife loves her 2017 XT5.
