I have ALWAYS hated buying cars!! That has now changed!! From beginning to end Chance Hunt was the perfect salesperson, because I never felt that I was being 'sold' anything. He took us to school, teaching us about the Soul. And at the end of the class, we bought the car!! I'd say that makes him a great teacher!! Even the finance part of the program was painless, and we ALL hate that part!!nIt was a great experience!!nUPDATED 072020--I have had my Soul serviced exclusively at this dealership since I bought it 2015. They have taken really good care of my car and of me. Can't imagine going anywhere else!nUPDATED 111720--This visit was to take care of the ECU recall/update. As always, I was treated with courtesy and in a timely manner. Michelle is wonderful and always takes really good care of me!
This was a great no-hassle buying experience. They brought the car I wanted to look at right out and let me drive it before sitting down to talk finance, options, etc. (at the other dealership I visited, they wanted me to fill out a finance form before even letting me see a car). Mal was a very helpful and fair salesman. Negotiation wasn't much stress. Eric the finance guy was helpful, straightforward, and friendly. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and it went very smoothly. The only snag was some confusion over whether a particular part was supposed to come standard with the model I was buying. It's only been a couple of days but I'm happy with the 2012 Soul I bought and felt I got a good and fair deal on it. I would recommend this dealership!
Cliff the car guy is amazing! I was waiting to see the service department for a lift gate issue with my new Telluride. He asked if I needed assistance and before I knew if my lift gate was fixed. Actually I had the settings wrong but he went above and beyond to help me and provided excellent customer service! Go see this group for your next car! Thank Cliff
Horrible car buying experience. I purchased a car from them last month and since we drove off the lot it has been one headache after another. The window tint was scratched off during cleaning. Getting this fixed was a major pain. It took all week to get them to schedule me an appointment and then call me the day of asking me to bring in my car right now and leave it overnight. There was no communication regarding my car status, and I was blantly ignored by salesman Ryan who was supposed to be helping me. I had to escalate the situation after waiting hours for a call back. I expressed my frustration multiple times and asked to speak to a manager 3 times and got no apology or even a call from a manager! This is the third car I have purchase and I can say confidently it was the absolute worst. I will never take my car to this place for service and will never purchase another one. It felt like a football locker room and I have been laughed at by the salesman. I will never recommend them.
Justin was amazing! He made the process enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better rep. I’d definitely recommend working with him. Of the 3 requests I made he met the all. Low interest rate/monthly payment and brand (spanking) new.
