I’ve had the pleasure of leasing and servicing my vehicles from MB Greensboro since 2015. They go above and beyond when it comes to providing the best personable customer service experience. From my experience, no other car dealerships can compare once you have been taken care of at MB Greensboro. They truly Stand by their motto “the best or nothing.”nnDon’t hesitate to go for a test drive with the car of your dreams! They’ll work with you to make it happen. Ask for Gary Hundley in sales and Ms. Deborah in the service department.

Nothing all that fun about ordering parts for a car, but what makes the experience pleasurable is the employee you deal with. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Andrews. He was super courteous and thorough. I will definitely call Tim the next time I need anything. And thank you to the rest of the staff for being courteous and wearing masks.

It's a Benz dealership. What else can you say?!?nnThis was my first experience here as a customer. The staff is great. Friendly, knowledge and accommodating.nnI only had one big hang up. They wanted $155 just to look at the car and then didn't even credit it toward the repair...nnNever seen that before. Every other shop I have EVER been to, puts the diagnostic time towards the repair as long as you get it done there Seems like a money making scam to me. Like it isn't expensive enough to go there...

As someone that works in the industry, I am often surprised by the experience I have at dealerships across the country. While bringing my personal vehicle to their service department, I had nothing but a great experience this time around. Service advisors, John and Gabe were very accommodating and communication was spot on through-out the process. They offered a shuttle to and from my home, which made me feel at ease.

Visited this location not too long ago for service to my vehicle. While it was there, I decided to also get it detailed because I had a spot on my driver's seat leather that I could not get out. This nice gentleman (I think his name was Austin) was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't think they could actually fix it but to my surprise, it came back looking brand new. I am so happy! It was worth the drive to this location and I will definitely be back for service and detail in the future.
