Crown Acura provided exceptional service as always. They are very organized and provided a way to have my car serviced without leaving my house. Karen was absolutely awesome keeping me informed throughout the whole time. I received my car cleaned and ready to go. I had a great experience at Crown Acura Greensboro! I worked with Terence Barnes who was absolutely amazing! I told him what I wanted and he hit it on the mark. The process was smooth and easy. Terence and Cameron also stayed after hours to help me with the paperwork. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful and would recommend Terence and Crown Acura Greensboro to anyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2021 RDX from Crown Acura. Everyone was outstanding!! Charlie Waller, our salesperson, was especially very helpful and friendly. Wow what a great car buying experience!!! Salesman Terrance was very professional, laid back and made you feel he really cared and wanted to keep it causal.. I found the online service looking for cars was easy, and found a great deal on the suv. Greg aka Cameron was super funny and friendly, Corey and Mark the sales managers were really friendly and didn’t push you at all if you said no.. If you come in, definitely ask for Terrance. I’m sure to refer to him at work. . Thanks for the great experience!

I had the most professional experience at this particular dealership. Terrence Barnes was truly an amazing person, who helped me to get a nice car at the price I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure it was within my budget and affordable. Mat shout-out to you for your help also in the process. This was my first time ever buying a car from my hometown of Greensboro NC. I must say it want be my last time buying from Crown Acura the entire staff ROCKS!!! THANKS TERRENCE!!
