I have been looking for this Lexus 570 from last 3-4 months and I wanted to buy one after taking my time in research. I found this truck at First Quality Auto few days ago and right away give them a call. A gentlemen returned my call with the name Lil Rob and I can say he was very specific and helpful with the information. I made the deal and went next day to pick up this beautiful truck. The pictures which I saw online was not doing the justice to the vehicle. Truck was way much better in real. Lil Rob welcome us at the door and he was a gentleman as I expected. Very informative and very calm in the whole process. He took his time and gave us enough time to go through the process and test drive. Lil Rob is one of those person, whom I would always remember. It was pleasure doing business with him. Thank you!

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Their prices are very fair. So many Car Lots are outrageously overpriced. I will always call on First Quality for any of my vehicle needs before I go anywhere, which says a lot due to the fact that I live 2 hours away.nIf you haven't given First Quality Auto a chance to serve you, you are missing out on a better car buying experience.

Was not a pleasant experience I let the gentleman know that the car I was interested in had oil leak and he gave me some story and said some man was coming to buy the car tomorrow so apparently he just did not want to sell me the car regardless they also did not have a great rating with the better Business bureau no disrespected them but always check a vehicle before you buy it from this business please
