I went to the service center today and it was very quick and painless. I set up an appointment earlier and when I arrived at the center they took my keys and I sat in the waiting room for about an hour. They send you an email detailing the cost of the repairs and any recommend repairs you can accept or decline.
So I bought my car from this dealership and my purchasing process was wonderful. Three months later my breaks went out. I went into the dealership with my concerns and they explained to me the breaks was inspected and was within guidelines upon their inspection process. The brakes on my vehicle had never been changed since the car was made. Instead of trying to get the problem resolved and help me. I was constantly bullied into buying a maintenance plan. If I wanted that I would have bought that upon purchase. Once the representative saw i wasn't interested in the service plan. He was basically UNBOTHERED whether my SUV got fixed or not. If I would have known any of this before purchase....I NEVER WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A CAR FROM HERE.
