We found a 4Runner at this dealership after searching for months at multiple dealerships. We were four hours away and arranged the deal via texts and pictures. This was by far the best experience with a dealer I’ve ever had. There was zero pressure and the paperwork was ready when we got there. Amazing job! Marty was awesome!

This will be the 4rth vehicle I have purchased from Crown BMW in Greensboro. They are so easy to do business with. And don't play games with being aggressive with their pricing. But most importantly, they make car purchasing fun...I know, I just said that!nPerry, my sales rep is a great guy and Tom the Sales Manager is a great guy as well.nThis won't be my last purchase from these guys.nBy the way...this one is a 2021 M4.

I've recently started taking my car to Crown BMW and I must say Tyrone in the service department is Top Notch!! He's always friendly and explains everything in detail. I've visited others BMW dealerships that are closer than the GSO Crown location and I'd rather drive the extra miles for the friendlier service that I receive from Tyrone. I feel everything I'm being informed is honest and don't feel pressured to get something done asap. Thank you Tyrone I appreciate your friendly and welcoming demeanor!
