I recently purchased a vehicle here with my daughter. The experience was very thorough and professional from the moment we began the process. Kristie was amazing. Best car buying experience to date. Brandon D. was the best, he made sure I was 100% happy with the vehicle I was purchasing and made the process smooth, enjoyable and straight forward. He'll definitely be my go to for any future purchases! Also, Lamar the finance manager was one of a kind, awesome to work with! Made sure I fully understood my options, got the best rate, and made my 9yr old sons wait entertaining with small talks of video gaming. Absolutely the best team I've came across yet!!
We dropped off my daughters 2015 Honda to Crown on Saturday for an oil change. Kenny was our service guy. He was so nice. He got our information and told us it would be a few hours because we were dropping it off. That was not a problem for us. He asked if we needed the tire rotation, I told him I wasn't sure because it was the first oil change my daughter had since she bought the car. He said he would have the car looked over to see if a rotation was needed.nKenny called us when the car was done. It did take a few hours which was fine because they were really busy! When we arrived to get the car, it didn't take long to pay and get the keys. There were no issues that they saw with the car and my daughter said it ran much better.nWe also used the 50% off coupon. It was a $50 oil change after taxes but it was worth it!
Hi! Kristie and Heather helped me a lot! They were so quick and helpful and got the ball rolling. They didn’t judge based off my age and took me seriously and I appreciated that so much! They helped me with the car I wanted and just really good customers service and very friendly place! I would recommend everyone to come here to receive the best experience and help possible. I was absolutely blown away by the quality customer service and the honesty I was provided while purchasing my 2021 Honda Civic. This was my very first brand new car that I’ve ever purchased, and I could not have purchased it from a better dealership! I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from my sales person. Permanent explained all of the details on my car and actually helped me determine which style automobile and model fit my needs best. Her product knowledge, natural approach to helping fit my needs with exactly what I needed for my budget had made my purchase a no-stress and exciting purchase!
