Shawn and John have been amazing to me and my m35 Adam and his crew well you couldn't ask for anyone better to work on your vehicle. Everyone there has been very professional and has treated me like family. So now I have ordered a motor and transmission to put in my baby and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my ride only modern infinity of Greensboro. Thanks guys for your professional help and patience. I will highly recommend Modern Infiniti to anyone and everyone. Everyone is very friendly and reliable.. They will do whatever it takes to help you get your car fixed (right!!) and on your way.. Thanks everyone at Modern Infiniti for all your help!!! Oh and they have the best coffee ever!!! Lol

I rarely write reviews, but this is a must! This business deserves 10 stars for sure. Alexis & Terrell were the absolute best! We've never dealt with nicer people & we greatly appreciated it! Anthony in finance was great as well. We just purchased a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE on Saturday & it's beautiful.nThank you guys so much for the great customer service!

The experience of purchasing a vehicle can be stressful. Josh and Cameron made this a great car buying experience. They were flexible and patient throughout the whole process. They provided first class customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Modern Infiniti and ask for Josh!

Still no help even after trying to contact the dealership! I even gave them an several opportunities to make this right but yet when I call, I am always told that someone will reach back out to me but that never happens. Many would think that if this company or any company wanted to make something right for you then the Manager , GM or owner would make sure that any issue is handled properly and efficiently by reaching out to you themselves but I'm sure that would NOT EVER happen. I am not impressed with anything and I can only wonder if management will take it upon themselves or will this be sweep under the rug with my calls!! Until then I will stand by my words.
