I contacted Crown Volvo yesterday and Judy called me back and was very helpful. I went by there this morning and met with her and ended up purchasing the car I’ve been wanting for awhile now. She was really sweet , and helpful. She made the process of purchasing a car stress free. If your ever in the need for a good car and amazing service . Check out Crown Volvo and make sure to ask for Judy. PS, the Gm was also great , he made sure by to come by and check on me , found out he’s from the town I currently reside in and it made the experience even better. Honest, Responsive, and Customer Focused!nI brought my 2012 Volvo to Crown Volvo for a new timing belt. I happened to mention to Richard, the mechanic, that the car sounded like an airplane taking off shortly after I got new tires, which I had gotten at a tire specialty store almost a year ago. I was sure it must be something with the tires so I was just waiting until I needed new tires. Visually he didn’t see anything wrong with the tires. He took my car for a short ride and heard what I heard. He immediately knew it was the wheel bearings. Crown Volvo did not have the part in stock, but they went out of their way to try to get it from all other dealers in the area. No one had it, so Crown Volvo had it overnighted from Florida to North Carolina. My car was done first thing the next morning. No extra charges for overnight shipment. That day I drove all the way to NY without any problem. Thank you Richard and Crown Volvo!

Great job getting my navigation function working. Chrissy and Rich made it happen even getting Volvo corporate to cover the repair due to their software issues. Thank you.nnUpdate January 2021. Just completed warranty work at Crown Volvo and Gavin was excellent in processing my car through. Parts were available. The parts and service department are excellent and know hot to provide great customer service.

We had a GREAT experience working with Crown Volvo for the purchase of our 2018 Yukon XL Denali. Top notch service and care from everyone we met and talked with from Judy, Larry, Rolando, Michael, Charlie, and the detailing crew. We were given a great price, much less than other dealerships, and Michael's creativity helped us find the right financing for our unique situation. Thanks Crown Volvo!

Bought my car remotely (Indiana). Process was easy, and smooth. No problems with paperwork or financing. Only issue was the amount of time it took to get the car delivered to me.... which was the fault of the transporter, NOT Crown. However, the car arrived with the tow access panel missing. I was promised that it would be sent to me. As of Apr10, 2021, I have not received it. I paid for one at my local Volvo dealer and sent a request for reimbursement to Judy Fonner and Michael Starkey - never received a response from either of them.
