Kevin Moore made my first car buying experience amazing. He didn’t give up, he worked with me to make sure I was happy at the end of the day. He really had my best interest at heart. Just got the car and already plan on getting another one only through him. I have recommended him to everyone that has asked me about my car. Best salesman hands down! Very impressed with Aaron...and Crown Dodge. I asked to have my Dodge 2500 serviced... needed new Fuel filters and oil oil change and asked him if it could be done before I left for the beach... I could see they were incredibly busy and Aaron got it done before the timeline we discussed. As a business owner myself, I was impressed with the professionalism and true to his word to get the job done... nice to see customer service still matters in this world. Thanks to all involved
I had a great experience here. I totaled my car and did not have much time to browse for a new one. Joseph Russoli was the salesman who ended up selling me the car I got. He was very personable but not too pushy at all, which I appreciate. He was very honest and upfront and did not try to convince me or talk me into buying a car, even after he knew I totaled my last car and had no choice but to buy a new car. He worked hard to help me through the process as it was my first time buying a car on my own. He also has followed up with me and even a month later when I had to call about a license plate issue he still remembered me, which to me is an important side of customer service, especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. I would definitely buy from this location again as I was impressed with everyone that I worked with throughout the buying process. I would also recommend this location to anyone that is in the market for a car, new or used.
Kevin was absolutely amazing!! He made the car buying experience awesome. He was professional but when me and my boyfriend cut up and cracked jokes he was right there with us doing the same. He knew when to be professional and he knew how to make us comfortable and laugh and joke. It was worth it and I love my 2020
