Did a good job finding the right car for me. Thought the staff here was nice. Even when I had an issue with the vehicle their shop was professional and worked hard to get it fixed. Have a had a great experience.

Great experience selling my car. They were attentive, explained the process, and I felt it was very fair. Both times we were there we did not have to wait long, and it was fun to walk around the lot to see what their inventory was. Would recommend selling your car to them for the ease of doing it.

We knew what we wanted and saw you had it in stock online. The price might have been just a little high, but the no-hassle purchasing was well worth the little extra we may have paid. We would buy from CarMax again without a doubt!

My credit is very damaged due to my divorce, I had no transportation and was using Uber or renting as I could to be able go to work. From the initial conversation with a customer service representative to getting all the paperwork signed for a new car, the attention and care from every staff member was flawless. No judging, no rudeness, only kindness and professionalism. I appreciate your time, help and effort into making my experience great!! I have nothing but positive things to say about CarMax in Greensboro. The selection of cars was great, it was easy to come in and test drive the car of my choosing. I did get pre-qualified online for financing options so I believe that definitely sped up my process. To buy my car I was in and out within an hour and my sales associates Don & Heather were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and they were very transparent with me. I am so happy I came to CarMax and if I purchase another vehicle I will go through them again!
