I've always had great experiences at this location. Ashauna Tyler is always friendly and helpful. She always goes above and beyond to help me. She makes my experience there easy and stress free.
This could be such an easy Post Office to deal with if the employees would just smile every once in a while. They always seem to be in a bad mood. I understand the job is not easy. My job is not easy either but if you really hate working with the public then I suggest you look for another line of work. Or learn how to smile.
I had a very good experience in this Post office. New management & everyone is so friendly! Love this office!
My experience was fine for me, because I had my package ready and just needed to pay for the shipping. My concern is for the gentlemen who was in front of me in line, he was belittled and downright bullied for not knowing the ins and outs of shipping packages, it was humiliating. The older gentlemen behind the service desk was just plain rude and should not be in customer service at all. I just stopped into this office out of convenience, but never again. The USPS should identify such issues and correct them. You shouldn't employ people who don't like working with the public.
