Staff was very polite. When i placed my order they had to make some of my order which i don't mind waiting for fresh and hot food. I got my drinks and one of my combos. When i went to pick up the rest of my order i noticed that they threw in another sandwich and some fries!!!! Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful!!
I LOVE Bojangles. I have a few standards here. Get any breakfast biscuit. The ud83cudf57 chicken and ud83cudf73 biscuits here are worth your money. I also love their seasoned fries and fixin's like dirty rice, pintos and mac n' cheese along with their chicken dinners or the ud83eudd6a Cajun Filet Club or sandwich. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom and parking.
Drive-thru was good. Service was friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint is that my mom didn't get a second wing in our 12-piece family meal (we got a 3rd thigh, instead). ;-)
Busy Sunday evening but the line went fast. Order taker and pick up window were very nice & Friendly. But they forgot our season fries. Not too sure she heard me because we were going over sides options. No worries. The customer service made up for the mistake!
I rarely go to this particular Bojangles because of the same issue. Rude workers. For once, the service was quick. However, the young girl at the pick up window just shoved my food out the window without a word. Nothing. I said thank you, and she just turned away. This location is really bad for this.
