I had a great experience buying my SUV. It took me about 3 months to finally decide what I wanted to buy. I was back and forth between a car and a SUV. I kept going in and test driving different vehicles. I'm very thankful I had a patient salesman. Ron Shaffer was great! No matter how many times I called him he never seemed to get frustrated with me. I'm very happy to say, I finally ended buying a 2020 Traverse and I LOVE IT! If you are ever looking to buy a vehicle you definitely need to go see Ron at Parks Chevrolet. You won't regret it!
Excellent. When I showed up, I wasn’t bombarded by salesmen. I was able to look at the inventory and quickly provided a salesman when I asked. Staff was polite (even if they were not working directly with my family). You can tell they have a cohesive staff and a positive work atmosphere.Just prior to my visit I was at another Chevrolet dealership across town... not going to speak poorly but my experience at Parks was 100x more pleasant. If I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, 10/10 would drive 2 hours away to do business with them again.
I have been in search of a new car and didn’t know where to start, when I visited the dealership I was referred to speak to Harris Dixon. He was outstanding absolutely the best!! Very attentive, helpful, asked all my questions and helped me navigate not only what I wanted but needed.
