We truly enjoyed dealing with each person we encountered during our transaction. Jazmine was polite and professional. She kept us informed. Purchased a Ram 1500 from Nico Rivera on Thursday. Wanted to thank him for a good experience. Low pressure and easy to work with. Quickest and Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Picked out a vehicle online. When we arrived at the lot they had it pulled out and ready to go. Was able to look over the vehicle alone without someone standing over us. Had a vehicle to trade in, they looked over it and gave us a great offer. Began the buying process with Nico who was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and was transparent. We moved at my pace, didn't feel rushed or pressured. The finance guy was nice and didn't waste time trying to push us to buy stuff that we weren't interested in, such a relief. I've always used another dealership so I was super nervous about going to a new one but I was very impressed and will most definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade. Thank you so much for helping us; my husband loves his new truck.

I drove up from Charlotte because they had a really nice used truck I wanted. I worked with Jeff, Jimmy, and Cheyenne to iron out all the details prior me driving up there. Jimmy even took detailed pics and videos of the entire vehicle and sent them to me. The financing was approved on my drive up, so it was a super quick turn around time once I got there. The truck was sitting there waiting for me. No surprises. Great people. Great car buying experience!
