My experience at OrthoCarolina was the best I have ever had at an orthopedic clinic. My doctor was professional and pleasant. All the staff was extremely nice to me. The care I got was phenomenal. I would like to thank them all, from the greeter who took my temperature at the door to the sweet girl at the desk who checked me in—all the way to my provider, Cathy Phelps. I did not have an appointment and went to Ortho Urgent Care for a problem with my leg and knee. I was seen very quickly. Cathy Phelps was very helpful. She did not try and rush our meeting and was very clear with her communications. I had all my questions answered and had a clear plan for the future. This was a highly positive experience!

PA-C Cathy Phelps is BEYOND AWESOME, attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable of her craft. She trained the PA that I normally see, but was scheduled to see her one particular visit instead of my regular PA.nnMy knees always feel better after she administers the required quarterly medication that I need.

Cathy Phelps gave us excellent care. Her combined experience, wisdom, knowledge, and compassion was exactly what my 94 year old father needed. Highly recommend!
