So I have been wanting to purchase jewelry, for quite some time, and low and behold, I found exactly what I was looking for, inside Hanes Mall. I have never even noticed this store before, but I'm glad that I walked in and looked around. This store is full of lovely elegant jewelry, from bracelets to rings, and a the list goes on. Not one piece of jewelry at this store looks the same, there's so much variety to choose from. I chose a beautiful amethyst 14k gold ring, and I'm in love with it. The customer service was great and all the employees genuinely embrace every customer, and are very knowledgable about their jewelry selections. Tou won't be disappointed if you shop here.

My fiance' bought my engagement ring here in December. It has a lot of very small diamonds on each side, and 3 have already fallen out. They fixed it for free when the first one fell out, but now won't exchange or fix it unless we pay and blamed it on me. I work in a restaurant, so I don't wear it to work, only when I go out, but it is my engagement ring and I want to wear it all the time. Now I can't wear it at all for fear of losing more. I called to talk to the owner and the lady that answered the phone said she would give them a message and have them call. Needless to say, I have not heard from them. Bad customer service, bad business.nnMy fiance did come back, but you wanted $50 to replace the second diamond that fell out and he didnt feel as tho he should have to pay since it was just bought in December, and I only wore it a few times, and they blamed it on me. Now a 3rd diamond has fallen out, I don't get to wear my engagement ring, and I am very unhappy.

I recently purchased 2 more custom pieces and Ortiza helped me. She has been with them ever since my first visit. She is phenomenal. Great customer service and a really BOSS when it comes to her character and knowledge of diamonds and gold. She is a valuable employee. And currently the only one I ask for when I want a good quality piece. New York jewelry is the real deal. They always show love to their customers and give the best prices. So anytime you want something that will make strangers stop and ask... WHERE DID YOU GET THAT??? This is the place to go. AND I WAS NOT PAID FOR THIS REVIEW. I just can't say enough good things about the store or Ortiza.
