I went in to get a second piercing in my earlobe and the ladies in the store were so kind and helpful. I will only go here for piercings from now on.

On December 15th I called Claire’s to see if they sold 14G septum piercings. The lady that answered the phone told me she didn’t know and I asked her politely if she can quickly check. She rudely told me she can’t check because “the line is out the door”. She could of have great customer service and politely say “ma’am we currently are busy but if you can give us a call back before we close, I’ll be glad to let you know”. She had poor costumer service skills, and I advised she get more training in learning how to speak to customers.

Had the ruddest employee yesterday at Claire's!!! She was screaming and being rude to me since I came in the store. Totally unprofessional and had the worse attitude!!! Female employee at the bigger Claire's store in Winston-Salem NC Hanes Mall

Most variety of ear rings necklaces bracelets and hair decor. Love this place since I was age 16 now 58 and still love Claire's.
