Manager Staci pierced my daughter’s ears and was so kind and patient. She gave us tips to help the ears heal and kept talking to my daughter to keep her mind off it. Fantastic experience! Another lady helped us in there as well and was so helpful and kind. This is the location by Dillards at Hanes Mall.
