I love Jared's! This set was bought probably 5 years ago. Still looks brand new! It gets cleaned and inspected for free every so often. Everyone there is nice and helpful! My go to for good quality jewelry!

Have an exemption to not wear mask, and they still would not accept it after we were going to buy a ring. Poor policy costing them repeat clients. Will not be returning.

I have never owned any jewelry from this chain. I was under the impression this company was a superior company and I have been massively disappointed. The management and staff are very kind and truly want to help. I can’t brag enough on Chasity from the store in Winston Salem NC, she is a joy to work with because she is extremely personable. However I had a custom ring set and I’ve had problem after problem with it since I originally received it. I have lost a total of 4 stones since I’ve received this set and to spend the money that it cost to have this ring setting I expected better quality. My setting host a priceless heirloom which is a 44 yr old oval diamond that was the diamond used to propose to my mother-n-law and I have lived in pure anxiety since losing the first stone that one day I’ll look down and notice my main diamond is missing. It is currently in repair and unfortunately I will be retiring my wedding set to my safe because in DO NOT TRUST the designers with this company to repair this ring for the 4th time within a little over a years time to be able to wear my ring proudly and worry free. It’s a shame truly! I have had to resort to wearing a much cheaper lab grown diamond set in its place that has no sentiment of any happy emotions when I look at it. I truly have nothing to wear proudly or to be thankful for because this company does not provide quality work! I have spoken to several people who have had all the same problems, one who did in fact lose her main stoneud83dude48 I wish I would have spoken to these women before trusting this company with designing my set, otherwise I would have never walked through your doors!

Nice place and staff but I don't think I'll goagain for jewelry repair. Payed $60 to get my prongs tighter (I had a loose diamond) and the more I look at it the more I noticed how off center they made the middle and one and the side dimonds are not level with the rest.
