I had a wonderful experience with ARA motors. I was interested in an 09’ Ford Escape. While looking over the car, the owner, Dean, was very upfront in explaining what had and had not been done to the vehicle. I brought my mechanic and we were left to look over the vehicle and test drive. My mechanic confirmed the repairs that were done and noted a couple areas of question. (Nothing significant) When asked, Dean was honest with explanations and solutions to ensure the vehicle was in tip top shape before purchase. My mechanic stated the vehicle was a great buy and even went so far as to state he felt this was one of the most reputable used car dealerships he had been to. With the vehicle priced lower than KBB, I felt confident I was getting a great deal. Dean was wonderful in explaining the process and I had the keys in my hand shortly after. I will update my review in a few weeks once I really get a feel for the vehicle. But overall it was a low pressure and easy transaction. I love my new vehicle and appreciate this family run dealership.

Dean was amazing! My fiancé just purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from him today. There was no hassle into purchasing a car from this company. Excellent service! Great customer service, good selections of vehicles and no pressure at all when it comes to buying a car. They let you take the car to your mechanic if you like to inspect it before purchase and offer free warranty! Highly recommend!

Bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze from this dealership the beginning of May and since I drove the car off the lot it’s been problem after problem with it. Within the first week of having it one of the sensors broke on it and with me not even having it 90 days (as stated in the warranty!!!!)you’d think he’d take care of it... Nope!! HE DID NOT, he just offered to pay half of the price to get it fixed.. I mean come on that’s so unprofessional! Couple weeks later the timing belt on it breaks and that costed me an arm and a leg to get replaced on my own.. also while at the mechanic shop they told me that it was a bad battery put inside the car to the extent that the car wouldn’t even start up any longer, so I had to pay for a new battery... then boom, a couple of days after that the brakes need to be replaced.. now here I am having to get ANOTHER sensor replaced at this point i’m beyond fed up and i’m in the process of trying to just trade the car in because I can’t keep putting in so much more money into a car than what it’s worth. I’d advise anyone to NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE OFF THIS LOT!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE FRUSTRATION AND MONEY!!! Not to mention that in the midst of all these issues occurring, one of my back taillight bulbs went completely out, as well as one of the front headlight bulbs going out too! In all seriousness, one would be a fool to buy a car off of this lot.
