I had my air bag fixed as well as my car detailed. I received excellent service and Brian Morgan provided excellent customer service. Going forward I will only bring my car here to be fixed.
So on 1-30-2020 I took my 2020 Civic Si because it was time for its service to be done. When I got there my husband told an employee that the car needed coolant antifreeze the guy said ok. After 4 hours we went to pick up the car we got home and just today my husband always likes to check the engine oil and coolant and he notices that they didn’t even put antifreeze I am very disappointed with the service because if he wouldn’t check on the coolant, bad things could of happened to my car. Now since they didn’t did their service well now I have trust issues if they put the right oil and change the oil filter.
Nice enough people, but they don't act like they care if they sell you a vehicle or not.
Had to wait way way to long for our simple service.
Purchased a vehicle completely online, the process was easy and the sales team worked together great and communicate with me via text and phone. They delivered my vehicle to me at my home, super easy process, loan application went smooth, very impressed with the whole process, never stepped foot in the dealership.
