The process with Flow Cadillac in Winston-Salem was ultimately perfect! Walter and Dave were awesome. I knew I wanted the vehicle when Walter came to my home for a test drive I instantly was in love! 1st time using this dealership to have some rear shocks installed. Made appointment online, requested and was provided a loaner. Received text updates on the work being done. My car was washed and ready to be picked up. Positive experience so far.

I had scheduled an appointment to get a service for my Cadillac. Once I learned my car was no longer under warranty I kindly let the service department know I would be taking my car elsewhere as the dealership tends to be overpriced. The guy who was helping me got quiet and would no longer speak to me or make eye contact. He shut my door and went behind his desk. I let him know I needed my key and he said it’s in the car and again would not look at me. I said thank you have a good day and left with no response. I’ve worked with this member of the service team two other times and he has always been kind. Unsure why he was so upset I decided to leave but I won’t be going back.

I have dealt with Flow Cadillac since 2007 for both the purchase of a car and service for an existing vehicle that was not purchased from their dealership. They are honest and provide excellent service. They are also friendly and make you feel like you are a member of their family.
