Pro- My sales associate Chandler was great and very helpful. The car was priced fairly and doing business was easy.nCon- I took my car on a trip the day after I bought it. On the 250 mile trip I found out I was sold a car with a faulty front tire and I had to replace it the very next day. It was missing all the tread on the inside edge of the tire and did not match any of the tires. As I was driving it on my trip the belt separated on it and started bouncing down the road... It had been through your inspection process and had a current NC state inspection and should have not passed. The two back tires where replaced by CarMax while it was on the lot and the front ignored. It cost me 500.00 dollars the day after I bought it. I have talked to the service department about this and brought them the receipt and a write up from Discount tire on the condition of the tire with picture included. I take my families safety very serious and this shouldn't have happened. Still waiting for a response from two weeks ago...
They quoted me a 2013 auto price double what it's worth. Avoid them at all costs!

I had a wonderful experience at the Winston Salem location! Everyone was super friendly. Chad helped me and made my car buying experience very smooth. The lady that helped me when signing papers was also extremely nice (I can’t remember her name). They also took great measures when it comes to sanitizing and social distancing. I highly recommend!
The man that assisted me was a very kind young man. Unfortunately the company is like other car lots in some ways. If they own it, I pay top price, no haggling. If I own it they want to pay wholesale, no haggling. I have purchased 5 cars from this company. Probably won't again.
