I was there today for my 10,000 mile maintenance on my 2019 Lexus e350 f sport, and if I could give Flow Lexus of Winston Salem more stars I would. I was acknowledged by everyone, with a hello and a smile. Yes a hello and a smile does go along way. I was just impressed by the level of professionalism and kindness that the staff at Flow Lexus Of Winston Salem gave me. I own a BMW 5 series and I take it to the BMW service center and I thought that no one can offer the BMW ownership experience, and today I was proven wrong, so wrong thank you Flow Lexus of Winston Salem and Ian Clark

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!nI recently had an issue with some tires on a new RX 350 I purchased now with about 14k miles on it. Strangely I had 2 blow outs 2 days apart. Of course this seemed strange as we did not think we hit anything in the road. Anyway, they checked into it and they did not find any information from the manufacturer that would indicate there was a problem with the tires. I did not feel comfortable replacing them with like kind tires, so they offered to replace all 4 tires to a different brand and they did it at no cost to me. I was willing to split the difference, but they insisted in order to make us feel safe on the new tires. I thought this was GREAT customer service and went above and beyond for me to feel safe. In this time of everyone hiding behind COVID to provide terrible customer service, it's refreshing to work with people that really know the meaning of customer service. THANK YOU, AND GREAT JOB!

Flow Lexus has consistently provided a great experience when servicing my vehicle, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them. They have always been very accommodating to my limited schedule, and are always able to service my vehicle in a timely manner. The entire staff always offers quality customer service and often go above and beyond what's expected. I highly recommend Flow Lexus of Winston-Salem.

Kevin and Keith were amazing when working with my husband & I. I had been to other Lexus dealerships and this one was by far the best! Such sweet staff members who make sure your experience with them is awesome. They work with you and make you feel so at home! Love my new 2019 Lexus RX350. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to any other car brand. Lexus by far, has the best customer service!nIf your in the market for a Lexus, come here! You won’t regret it.

New to the area, first time here and looking to establish a relationship. Went for an oil change on an LS. They forgot to reset the oil service light and put the wrong mileage on the new reminder decal but they had time to find the need for an $800 water pump replacement. Can't do a simple oil change so they definitely aren't doing my water pump.
