Took my Honda Accord to have a axle replace and a power steering o-ring. They have exceptional customer service and are not pushy on items that you don’t need. They let you know what the manufacture recommends and let you make the decision if you want to do it or not. They only use the cars manufactured parts which I like. You will not find auto zone or Napa auto parts here. They offer an excellent warranty with their works also. I will continue to utilize their services for years to come! Get job guys!

I took my 2012 Honda Pilot in to have my oil changed and the technician found that my ball joint on my tire was dangerously loose. Thank the lord. They sent me 2 videos of the issue , which I greatly appreciate. Some places just tell you there is something wrong and don't show you. When I went to pick my car up John took me to show me the piece they replaced and how loose it was. Also the technician came over and explained to me how dangerous it was to have it that loose and what would have happened. GT Imports is very professional and thorough! I have been taking my Civic to John and team for many years. I have always felt welcomed.
