Awful most of the staff were nice and accommodating. The TV signal flickered the entire time. When I went to speak with the lady in the front she informed me it had been like that over the whole building and that they were having issues with the water as well. When I checked out after 4 nights in the same room I was charged an additional $25 cleaning fee they didn't even give me a call to try to correct it in an acceptable manner even though I was parked right outside the room when it happened. I didn't realize there was a cap on how much trash is too much for a 4day stay when we didn't ask housekeeping to do anything during our stay and simply exchanged bath towels 1time. I have been using this hotel for years but will not be returning because of the drama created by the extra charge by the young woman at the front desk and will now know that holding higher standards consistently and complaining about anything that goes wrong and taking pictures are a must. I explained to the lady that we had been there 4days and what trouble we did have and she said she couldn't verify that I had complained or reported anything to the lady and gentleman the days before because they were not there at that time. She insisted there had not been any complaints about anything from me or the other guests and that I should have had my room changed if I had issues. This stay was to relax with my husband and children for an extended period of time, so if it was a problem the whole building was having I didn't see any point in changing rooms. I checked in Thursday and already had reservations for Friday and Saturday. I was checked in by a very nice gentleman and he told me just to speak with the lady the next morning about keeping checked in and staying in the room. When I checked in w her she told me about the blinking TV signal and water issues over the whole building. I extended my stay when the weather came in Sunday and spoke with the nice gentleman and he switched my towels out then. My room number was 126. I was very dissatisfied by the things that happened with the lady Monday morning and the TV issues. Also the gentleman cleaning rooms looked non professional with pants lower than his hips and a multicolored tobogin. He also seen I was still sitting in front of the room when the extra charge was made to my card and didn't offer to tell me that if I didn't clean it there would be a charge. Also the vents in the bathroom looked Like they hadn't been cleaned in months and at least 2 of the outlets were missing the face plates and the floor was peeled up in front of the TV and bathtub did not look very clean. And you could tell it had been painted to hide some of the dirtiness and the toliet seat was loose. I just would like to know if this is common practice on how loyal members are treated?

Don't want to leave a star but have no hoice, so 1 it is. Never got to stay. Called to get pricing and to reserve some hotel rooms for a party. Left my name and number. Was told 'We'll call you back in a little while'. 24 hours later, no call back. When I call and speak to them, the lady that answered LAUGHED and said 'Oh I'm so sorry. My manager was supposed to call you back yesterday.' She starts telling me everything the mgr is CURRENTLY doing, and that she'll call me when she gets back'. No thank you. I'm taking my business elsewhere:

I have been staying here for a few days and the staff is awesome especially Pablo he is very polite and just all around awesome

Terrible, awful room! TV remote didn't work, they couldn't fix it, had to use the buttons on the TV. Later discovered there was no hand towels and tissues. Tried to call the front desk, phone didn't work! Then discovered the sink had no hot water, by now it was too late to change rooms. To top it off, discovered this morning that the handle on the tub/shower was broken!! What a POS room, and no offer to reimburse me somehow, probably because I paid with Wyndham points. The only plus was that it seemed clean.

It was ok. Room wasn't maintained and dirty under and behind the beds. Room also smelled like smoke and TV didn't work. Felt fairly iffy about staying.
